Is there, or will there be a public version of this visualization that can be integrated with web apps and different (hierarchical) data structures?

I'm following your work since a while... and I can't wait to make my own experiments semantically annotated data and various visualization  and presentation scenarios!

Again, I really like what you're doing! Can't wait to see more ;)
